SCULPT – Pop up performances

Maiden Voyage Dance are pleased to present SCULPT, a series of outdoor, pop-up performances devised by Seed Commission artist Michael McEvoy in collaboration with dancers Clara Kerr, Emily McDonagh and Rosie Mullin.

Sculpt is site responsive, relying on stimulus from the immediate landscape and will be popping up in areas of architectural or environmental interest throughout Belfast and County Down over the first two weekends in July. The nature of the piece offers the artists a chance to work in non- traditional performance spaces and gives the public a chance to experience dance in a safe and socially distanced way.
