You will be invited to discover your own personal responses to movement through guided explorations: the somatic work aims to explore how moving from a deeply felt experience of the living body can stimulate creativity and facilitate well-being and self-awareness.

There will be dynamic shifts within the workshops with an overall emphasis on nurturing, calming, attending and listening to the body, being receptive and responsive to our environment and to others.

Please wear loose, comfortable weatherproof clothing and appropriate outdoor footwear.  Bring a notebook, pencil along with your own mask, wipes and sanitisers. You will be working physically distanced from other participants (2m apart).
