Somatic Movement Workshops
Somatic Movement is a system of neuromuscular education that allows more ease and freedom of movement and helps with the release of pain resulting from injury, stress, repetitive strain or habituated postures. Suitable for all ages and all bodies, courses take place throughout the year and online during the pandemic.
If you are a dance student at school or at university or a recent graduate, we have opportunities available for you on the DEVELOP page.
