Dance Exposed 2013

Dance Exposed takes dance into public spaces. For this years programme, as part of the Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queens, Maiden Voyage has commissioned a new work from Fearghus Ó Conchúir.

Fearghus uses dance to ask questions about the relationship between bodies and buildings as a way of understanding the relationship between individuals and the structures that shape their experience. For Dance Exposed, he will create a performance in and around the MAC and Ulster Museum that maps the relationships between dancer and audience, between the performance and the space it inhabits, and between the traces of what has been and of what is to come.

Performances are free, and last for 20 mins. No advance booking is required.
