Take time out to learn ways to relax habitual muscular reflexes caused by busy stressful lives. The day will focus on different Hanna Somatic lessons working with muscles of the front and back body and on breathing, walking and eye movement. By the end of the day you will unlearn your adaptive response to stress, remind yourself of what it means to feel centred in your body and to move freely and you will be equipped to follow these lessons at home.
These floor-based lessons are suitable for everyone – no movement experience is necessary.
