BEST

"The Best dance in town" The Belfast Telegraph

A dynamic and fast paced dance theatre interpretation of the life of a football genius, BEST spans a 40-year period and leads the audience through George Best's many loves, highs, lows and triumphs. The performance refers to the music, fashion, design and movement style of the various eras and is inspired by letters, photographs and Best’s 1998 autobiography Bestie alongside selected football highlights of his career.

Audience comments:

"Fantastic, wonderful, emotional - not enough words to explain it!"

"Loved it – first time at a dance show like this.  Very moving. Didn’t want it to end. Would recommend it highly!"

"I could watch it again and agin - the quickest hour of my life!"

"Non-stop action, energy and story-telling."

"A beautifully realized piece in which sound, movement and narrative combined to tell a moving story"
